pannenkoeken

Thanks for all the inspiration, Ally, Michelle, in times when I didn't give a flying Pterosaur about style/what to wear. I admit this series is heavily inspired by you two. 1. scarf and sweater: second hand, 2. trousers: COS, shoes: second-hand, 3. good old COS coat and sturdy leather bag - gramma hand-me-down, 4. must... squeeze... foot... into... frame, 5. I have a head too, the wig's mine (it's actually my own hair, miscut bonzai-style three months ago by a young hairdresser who thought it funny to sabotage my plans to look just like Tao), 6. dead pancake, 7. Ukrainian jam (OK, blame Photobooth, it's prunes and rhubarb).

The pancakes are rather healthy (no wheat, no milk), if you ignore food combinations. I'll talk more about those later one, when you are a little older.
:)

The recipe is as follows:
- 60g of spelt and 40g of buckwheat flower (or whatever variation of measurements you would like to experiment with, or just spelt, or just buckwheat (don't recommend, although not disgusting))
- 300ml of almond milk
- one egg (orgaaaanic, orgaaaaanic)
(- no sugar)

Mix and bake a little longer than normal pancakes or they'll look like the one I've just shown you. Happy baking!

  1. I am very honoured and love everything here, and I agree hairdressers who don't listen are infuriating. The recipe sounds good too. I am so happy you are blogging more, reading your posts makes life better :)
